YOU KNOW THE DRILL
Let’s be honest—you’ve probably been here before. And chances are, this isn’t your first rodeo with one of Matt’s legendary margaritas. But we still expect you to read this entire page, because we spent actual time writing it. And hey, there might be a pop quiz.
We had a beautifully rainy day last year, so we’re paying Madre Nature to not do that this year…pray for sunshine and patio vibes. Here’s what you can expect on May 3rd:
Alfredo still loves treats. Don’t disappoint him.
The cats will definitely be in hiding. If you spot one, it’s like finding a rare Pokémon. Snap a pic, post it on Instagram, and tag @riesling.and.rose #gato
There will be plenty of Corona—the kind that comes in bottles and makes you happy.
Thinking of asking “What should I bring?” The answer is: tequila. Always tequila.
Matt’s food? Still the best you’ll ever eat at a party. We might even ask for your input again this year when you RSVP (don’t blow it).
If you’re reading this page, we’re assuming you’ll be there. But if for some strange reason you can’t make it, please RSVP anyway so we don’t make enough food for a small village (again).
WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
We asked the Family Madrigal (Harwick) to describe the fiesta in one word…

“mow.”
Translation: “My least favorite day of the year. I won’t be afraid to corner you and make you bleed.”
RIESLING

“WOOF!”
Translation: “My second favorite day of the year. Bring me treats.”
ALFREDO

“mewwwww.”
Translation: “I am very smol.”

Annual Day of Fiesta-ing
Cinco de Mayo is coming early this year! (And yes, we’ll still be serving margaritas!) If you’re ready to celebrate with tacos, tequila, and a whole lot of fun, make sure to RSVP below to claim your spot. Our place has a strict limit on guests due to local fire codes, so we need to make sure we’re not violating any rules (or starting a fire hazard).
Can’t make it? We’ll pretend you’re just too busy perfecting your margarita recipe. But seriously, let us know so we can plan accordingly!
MEET YOUR MULTI-LEGGED HOSTS
You may be wondering, how many fiestas have our hosts hosted (are these numbers even accurate?):
Matt – 6 (the most by far)
Kristina – 6 (not far behind)
Riesling – 6 (tied for the most)
Rosé – 3 (what a baby)
Alfredo – 2 (and they were both awesome)
WHERE THE TACOS AT
4111 Newport Drive, Emmaus PA 18049
(and maybe elsewhere)
RSVP TODAY
Studies show that it’s best to have your call-to-action at the very bottom of your site for the worst conversion rate, so we did that. Are you coming?
RARELY ASKED QUESTIONS
(RAQs)
Rarely asked, often forgotten. Have something to add? Text Kristina.
55 tacos, 55 avocados, 55 rices, 55 quesos
Tres = 3
Mayo = May
Fiesta = Party
A great question! We will hang out inside. Or just bring umbrellas and we can still hang outside. Basically you can do whatever you want.
Generally speaking, we fiesta 24/7. However this fiesta will start at 1pm. Come hungry, and thirsty.
Our fiestas tend to always have a pregnant chica in attendance so yes, there are other things to drink.
Absolutely – kiddos can come! They better like tacos. Just have them RSVP separately or tell us they’re coming.
Fredo loves friends! RSVP that you would like to bring your pup and we will let you know if we can accommodate him/her! AKA first come first served. Also, if it’s a rainy day our abode isn’t exactly “multi dog accommodating” so maybe leave your fluffs at home.
It’s probably gonna be a mess. Don’t bother trying to park on Newport Drive, oodles of parking on West Minor Street (right around the corner).
If you’re reading this, you didn’t read one of the earlier sections. Corona. Corona. And more Corona. Or anything else you want to drink I guess. We’ll never say no to more tequila.
Yes. 100% yes. “Sí sí,” as they say.
If you have any other appropriate attire, it is more than recommended.
