YOU KNOW THE DRILL
Listen, this probably isn’t the first time that you’re on this site. And it probably isn’t the first time that you’ve had one of Matt’s famous margaritas. But we still expect you to read this whole page, because we put time into it. You never know if there’s going to be a pop quiz that day.
We had a wonderful outside day last year, and we’re paying Madre Nature to do it again this year. Some things that you can expect on the day:
- Alfredo likes treats, and you would be wise to bring something for him.
Cats will 100% be hiding during the party, and if you see one you’re encouraged to take a picture from afar, post it on Instagram, and tag them @riesling.and.rose #gato
- There will be lots of Corona. The good kind.
If you’re going to ask “What should I bring?” the answer is going to be tequila.
- Matt’s food will continue to be the best food you experience at a party you go to. We may even ask for your input this year when you RSVP.
If you’re on this page, we fully expect that you’ll be there. But if you can’t make it, please still RSVP to let us know so that we continue to make food for 3x the amount of people expected.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
We asked the Family Madrigal (Harwick) to describe the fiesta in one word…

“mow.”
Translation: “My least favorite day of the year. I won’t be afraid to corner you and make you bleed.”
RIESLING

“WOOF!”
Translation: “My second favorite day of the year. Bring me treats.”
ALFREDO

“mewwwww.”
Translation: “I am very smol.”

Annual Day of Star Wars Fiesta-ing
May the 4th be with you (for those who celebrate). If you’re finding time to combine your two favorite things (lightsabers and margaritas) it’d be best to reserve your seat by RSVPing below. There’s a max number of people that our household can handle due to local fire codes and we want to make sure we know if we’re breaking the law or not.
Can’t make it that day? You’re probably making up an excuse. But please let us know anyway so that we know what to expect.
MEET YOUR MULTI-LEGGED HOSTS
You may be wondering, how many fiestas have our hosts hosted (are these numbers even accurate?):
Matt – 5 (the most by far)
Kristina – 5 (not far behind)
Riesling – 5 (tied for the most)
Rosé – 2 (what a baby)
Alfredo – 1 (but it was a banger)
WHERE THE TACOS AT
4111 Newport Drive, Emmaus PA 18049
(and maybe elsewhere)
RSVP TODAY
Studies show that it’s best to have your call-to-action at the very bottom of your site for the worst conversion rate, so we did that. Are you coming?

Rarely asked, often forgotten. Have something to add? Text Kristina.

Lightsaber = sable de luz
A great question! We will hang out inside. Or just bring umbrellas and we can still hang outside. Basically you can do whatever you want.
Generally speaking, we fiesta 24/7. However this fiesta will start at 1pm. Come hungry, and thirsty.
Our fiestas tend to always have a pregnant chica in attendance so yes, there are other things to drink.
Absolutely – kiddos can come! They better like tacos. Just have them RSVP separately or tell us they’re coming.
Fredo loves friends! RSVP that you would like to bring your pup and we will let you know if we can accommodate him/her! AKA first come first served. Also, if it’s a rainy day our abode isn’t exactly “multi dog accommodating” so maybe leave your fluffs at home.
It’s probably gonna be a mess. Don’t bother trying to park on Newport Drive, oodles of parking on West Minor Street (right around the corner).
If you’re reading this, you didn’t read one of the earlier sections. Corona. Corona. And more Corona. Or anything else you want to drink I guess. We’ll never say no to more tequila.
Yes. 100% yes. “Sí sí,” as they say.
If you have any other appropriate attire, it is more than recommended. It is May the 4th, so we won’t turn you down for mixing in a Star Wars theme.
